AKA how we at Lenny measure the success of what we do:
Time creation - finding, comparing, and getting a loan can be time consuming, which is why the first measure of our success dives into how we can create more time, for you, by doing the bulk of the “to” and “from” legwork.
“You made that so simple.” - AKA the number of times we hear our clients say that. Because getting a loan represents a milestone, and that should feel exciting, not daunting and overwhelming.
All over it - whether it be emails, phone calls, or communication via carrier pigeon, at Lenny, you’ll never have the feeling of “where the heck are things at, at the moment?”

This will happen via Zoom, and we’ll e-meet, get to know each other, you can fire us questions while we explore your needs, and then?
We’ll share the low down on how we at Lenny can best help.
2/ We do a loan x-ray
After we’ve got the 360, and get the go-ahead from you that you want the Lenny crew by your side, we’ll do a loan X-ray.
AKA we assess which bank will offer us the best option. Price is of course one of the factors. ‘Cause #letsbehonest at the end of the day, who actually wants a loan for 30 years when we can shorten it, right? However, as we’re lifestyle-centred, we’ll also assess other elements such as what other investments you may have, and what your goals are.
Once we’ve found an option that syncs with your lifestyle goals and needs, we’ll take care of the nitty gritties, and submit info to get us a pre-approval.
3/ You give us the thumbs up
Woo-hoo!
Now that you’ve got the pre-approval from us, we’ll be waitin’ patiently by the phone and email cave until you give us the thumbs up that you’ve found the home, the car, or you’re ready to hit GO on progressin’ the loan application.
You give us the green lights, and we’ll then work virtual shoulder-to-shoulder with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. the bank legends, the legal wizards) to make it happen.
4/ *waiting room music*
During the progression of the loan journey, we will need to get a few pieces of paperwork from you.
Feeling unsure of what you’ll need to send to the parties involved? No wuckas.
We’ll send you a simple list of items. All you have to do? is flick it all back to us in the one go.
Then sit back, relax, watch the first season of True Detective if you haven’t (it’s a goodie), while we work the loan magic.
5/ Wahoo! Loan success
From A to Z all the way to the date of loan application completion, Lenny will be on the phones, emails, Zooms and communicating via carrier pigeons to make sure everything is smooth sailing.
Once your application is settled? We hi-5. We do a lil’ dance, and we send through our warmest congrats.
But? It doesn’t stop there. Because being your lifestyle-centred loan partners, we’ll be eyes and ears to ensure you’re getting the best bang out of your buck 3 months, a year, heck, even a few years from now.
